Oneness with Nature... is my Basic Nature

I believe that to understand how any system must work optimally, we must step away from it. My journey began with a restless curiosity about how things work. After Engineering, in 1989, I was drawn to Sales… Marketing… Advertising… and that’s where I experienced the ins and outs of multiple industries.

By my early 30s, I had achieved what most call “the dream life.” I was a serial entrepreneur, winning awards and contributing to the branding and culture for global names like Unilever and Pepsi. I had the IIT-IIM degrees, the bungalow, the cars, the dog, a Rotary Presidency tenure, an Adjunct Professorship, and many other visible markers of success. Yet, there was a growing hollowness within. I looked at the industries I served: IT, finance, consulting, healthcare, hospitality… and saw a recurring pattern: we were building systems that worked against our natural human rhythms.

In pursuit of what drives us – purpose; why and how humans work – I opened myself to “spiritual” solutions. And was fortunate to meet and learn from many Vedic Masters over 5-odd years. In 2010, I finally handed my company over to the other Directors and moved to the Himalayas… to learn the secrets of Energy and Consciousness from Tibetan Lamas. Here’s where I found what formal education and corporate experience never taught me: I realized that the “body-mind-spirit” alignment is the key to operating at the highest level of Purpose. It seemed I didn’t go to the mountains to escape the world; I went there to find the tools to fix my place within it.

What I discovered was that human energy and universal consciousness follow the same laws. When we ignore our nature, we drain… and the system eventually collapses. This realization led to the birth of RENEWALism.

I returned to the corporate world to create conscious corporate cultures underpinned by sacred Eastern philosophies. I got myself a PhD from the University of Metaphysics, Sedona, AZ, USA, in Conscious Business Ethics. And I created the Global Wisdom Workforce to sustainably expand the RENEWALism Movement, through online interventions worldwide.

Why I Do What I Do

Whether I am writing books, speaking globally, or consulting/coaching, my goal remains the same: to help leaders scale their businesses ethically and sustainably.

My values are Freedom, Loyalty, Integrity, Communication, and Simplicity (my superpower is Simplification).

When I’m not in a boardroom, a conversation, or on stage, you’ll find me in the quiet, among the trees, or lost in the vastness of the mountains. Because for me, business is just another ecosystem, and when we respect its nature, it flourishes.
